How to use it
- Tap an empty card slot, then click a card below to fill it.
- Leave Opponent → random checked to see your equity against a random hand, or uncheck it to set a specific holding.
- Add 3–5 board cards to see how the flop, turn and river change things — or leave the board empty for preflop odds.
- Hit Calculate equity.
How it works
The calculator runs a Monte Carlo simulation: it deals out the unknown cards thousands of times, scores each showdown with a full hand evaluator, and reports how often you win. With more known cards (turn and river set) it runs more simulations for tighter accuracy. Results are estimates and will wobble by a fraction of a percent between runs — that's normal for simulation.
Reading the number
Equity is only half the decision — the other half is pot odds: compare your win percentage to the price you're being offered. Knowing your equity instantly is a great habit, but turning it into winning decisions under pressure takes reps.
